What is my Goals to Habit program?

My 4 week group coaching program is an opportunity for you to get grounded and real about personal development that you need (or want!) in your life long-term. I will ask you tough questions, celebrate your inevitable success and watch you leave the 4th week with a killer personal development plan that will follow you for years to come. I’m stoked even thinking about you getting this to point in your development!

What does this program consist of?

Week 1 - Introduction Call 

We dig deep in this call. I’ll send you a questionnaire to better understand where you are at in terms of your development and what works for you. We will talk about what motivates you, what makes you feel most passionate and alive, and where you see the need for growth. You’ll walk away with some actionables. 

Week 2 - Personal Development Inventory

Here is where we unpack all of the healthy and unhealthy ways we’ve been engaging in personal development. We will talk about healthy PD, things that make us tick (some psychology here!) and good ways for us to be engaging in PD long-term. 

Week 3 - Personal Development Planning Process

We will work together to come up with an on-going process for you to be picking PD opportunities that serve your current life goals. As a life coach, I know your PD goals are also in many ways your life goals, so I want to break them down with you into actionables. 

Week 4 - Personal Development Plan Finalized

We are going to leave this call with an in-depth personal development plan that is going to send you towards your goals in a huge way. You will have 3 month, 6 months and 1 year milestones that I have no doubt you will be surpassing with immense pride. 

It also includes:

  • On-going support from me and the larger group via voxer throughout the 4 weeks. 

  • Discounts to all programs during and after your time in the program.

  • Additional resources and readings. 

If you are interested in this program, but it is not feasible to you because of life circumstance, I do offer a scholarship opportunity for this program.
